Benefits of drinking water at correct time maximizes its effectiveness on our body.
(a) 4 glasses of water (about 1.5 ltr) immediately after waking up at early morning helps to drain out all toxic materials from the body and helps to activate internal organs.
(b) 1 glass of water half an hour before a meal helps digestion easily.
(c) 1 glass of water before taking bath helps to lower blood pressure.
(d) 1 glass of water before going to bed prevents heart attack or a stroke.
